Supporting Effective Educators

Schools can’t raise student achievement without systems that consistently grow and support effective educators. TAP Connect aims to build that system – developing new teachers, strengthening current teachers, and giving school leaders better tools to coach instruction – so more students benefit from high-quality teaching every day.

Understanding Impact

Basis worked to evaluate the program’s model, and how effective it was in improving student and teacher outcomes. With classroom improvement and achievement gains in mind, Basis advanced the programs 4 pillars:
